Running Brook Farm
Two furnished models have opened at Running Brook Farm in Johnsburg,
the Reserve Ones Homes community that offers both country atmosphere
and city convenience.
Across the street from the Fox River in McHenry County, Running
Brook Farm features six floor plans, ranging from 2,171 to 3,450
square feet. Homes have three to six bedrooms and two to 3 1/2 baths,
on home sites ranging from one-quarter to one-half of an acre. Base
prices range from $271,990 to $327,990.
o Buyers love the 2,171-square-foot Eden ranch home, with an open
flowing floor plan and the ease of one-story living. The three-bedroom,
