03/23/05 - Four Models for Sale at Fox Ridge
Only 10 townhomes, included four decorated models, remain for sale at the Carriage Homes of Fox Ridge, being developed in Fox Lake by Reserve One Homes.

Prices for the models range from $161,128 to $207,467. The other six homes range from $144,900 to $169,900. The four floor plans range from 1,025 to 1,230 square feet with two to three bedrooms and one to 1 ½ baths.

Three floor plans include a basement and one site could be built with a lookout (English) basement and a deck that opens from the main level with stairs to the backyard.

The four models for sale are:

The two-story Ashton, with three bedrooms and 1 ½ baths. The 1,830-square-foot home, including the 600-square-foot finished basement, is priced at $188,870. Extras included are the family room fireplace with marble surround and a washer and dryer;

The 1,800-square-foot Brighton, also a two-story plan, with two bedrooms and 1 ½ baths. Priced at $207,467, the home includes a 600-square-foot finished walkout basement. Upgraded wood flooring throughout the first floor is included as well as a floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace in the living room. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, while a whirlpool tub highlights the full bath;

Priced at $191,128, the two-story Charleston, which includes 1,200 square feet with two bedrooms, loft and 1 ½ baths, plus a 600-square-foot walkout basement. The marble fireplace with mantle highlights the living room;

The Devonshire, a second-floor penthouse with two bedrooms, one bath and 1,025 square feet. This home has upgraded wood flooring, while the utility room includes a washer and dryer. The home is priced at $161,128.

The four decorated models for sale include such options as an alarm system, intercom system, 42 inch cabinets in the kitchen, upgraded refrigerator with a water line, and upgraded carpet padding.

All remaining homes include kitchen appliances, ceramic tile in the foyer and baths, cathedral ceilings in the master bedroom and central air conditioning. Home buyers also appreciate the extra comfort, safety and storage of each home's attached garage.
